|
The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between intake of natural juice and not only physical but also psychological effect with participants of the project 'Law of 21 days diet' which is planned by H corporation. For this study, 24 parents and 24 children who online applied had a blood test and psychological inspection however the point of this study is the psychological inspection. The findings of this study were summarized as follows. First, the self-efficiency of the parents who had ingested natural juice for 3 weeks changed in the result and mean, not statically. Second, the self-esteem of the parents who had ingested natural juice for 3 weeks changed in the result and mean, not statically. Third, the parents who had ingested natural juice for 3 weeks had positive change in the aggression and the self-esteem. This study showed that intake of natural juice effects physical and psychological change of parents and their children. Therefore, such research will contribute to mental health in modern society in which there are many problems and crimes from mental problems in holistic ways.
